We will start the tour next to the impressive Portuguese Synagogue. One of Amsterdams most beautiful buildings. We will learn about the history of this museum that is still in use for the Jewish community of Amsterdam

We start the tour nearby the Jewish Historical Museum. We will see the 4 Jewish synagogues of the Museum. Pass by without entering

Hear the story about the february strike against the Nazi occupation in 1941

We will pass the beautiful Hortus Botanicus.

The Memorial of Auschwitz in the beautiful Wertheimpark

Wander through the famous Plantage neighborhood. The most beautiful part of the canal district.

We are passing one of the oldest botanical gardens, the Hortus Botanicus in Amsterdam.

Learn about people who were hiding in the Amsterdam Zoo

Enter the Holocaust memorial where over 100.000 names of Jews that did not survive the holocaust are written on the walls.

Walk over the Dam Square, the heart of our city center and see the Royal Palace and the Nieuwe Kerk

Walk around the Westerkerk, The inspiring church and tower Anne saw from her hiding place. Listen to the bells of the carillon playing every 15 mins.

We will take you to the Anne Frank House and show it from the outside. You will hear of the relationship between the secret annex, the local neighbourhood and the nearby Westerkerk. The Anne Frank House is a museum with a story.
You then go inside the house for an unguided tour.
